1. Using a Flat Brush – Ideal for drawing lines, petals, and ribbons. Wet: Dip the brush in water and scrape off excess water from the rim of a cup. The brush should only be slightly damp; too wet will cause the colors to mix and become muddy. Picking up Paint: Brush the brush tip back and forth along the long axis of the paint strip (up and down, not horizontally). Ensure the bristles pick up all the paint evenly. Applying Paint: Place the brush flat against the skin and draw a single stroke to instantly create beautiful gradient lines, butterfly wings, or flower edges.

2. Using a makeup sponge – Suitable for large-area base application (such as a rainbow background). Spray activation: Use a spray bottle to lightly spray water onto the sponge (or slightly dampen and wring it out completely). Pick up the paint: Hold the sponge by its rounded or slanted side, aligning it with the color of the paint brick, and push it up and down to pick up the paint. Dabbing application: Apply the paint to the skin using a dabbing motion; do not rub vigorously. This will maintain clear color boundaries and create a perfect rainbow gradient.

Cleansing and makeup removal tips: Skin makeup removal:

This paint is water-soluble. Do not rinse directly with water when removing it. The correct method is to first massage in circular motions on dry skin with baby oil, makeup remover oil, or mild soap to dissolve the paint. Then wipe with a damp tissue and finally rinse with warm water. This effectively prevents some high-saturation colors (such as green and blue) from leaving residue. Tool Cleaning: After use, immediately wash brushes and sponges with soap or a special brush cleaner and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and then lay flat or hang upside down to air dry, avoiding water seeping into the brush handles and bristles to prevent delamination. Paint Maintenance: After painting, gently wipe away any cloudy paint with a clean, damp paper towel. Do not immediately close the lid.
